Kim Collins

Kim has an amazing 20 years of industry experience and is accountable for our customer relationships across the Events division. Kim leads a team of highly experienced Event Directors and shares her knowledge, provides strategic direction, and applies her strong negotiation skills in guiding the team to deliver customer excellence and memorable events.

Andy Edwards

Andy has been in the industry for 17 years starting with us as a Conference Consultant in 2006 and moved up the ranks to Event Director in 2016. His key skills include large complex events both in the UK & overseas, dealing with multiple stakeholders, providing creative solutions to any challenge. With in-depth experience of venue finding, theming and entertainment, he's a real all-rounder and sector expert.

Jadene Cook

Jadene started her career in our industry in 2012 and has been a valued Capita team member for over three years. Jadene loves running overseas events and has done so for well-known global brands in European destinations such as Copenhagen and Rome, and as far afield as Zambia. The event in Zambia is Jadene’s favourite event partly because of the dreamy destination.

Julie Mann

Julie has an impressive 26 years in the industry and started with us in 2015 where she joined as a Proposal Writer supporting the team with tenders. She then turned her hand to Event Manager, taking on several of our larger customers, delivering events for over 8,000 delegates. More recently, Julie has recently taken on the role of Team Manager, sharing her wealth of experience with our London event managers.

Lesley Hughes

Lesley has 12 years of industry experience, all of which have been with us. She is our delegate management expert, and if there’s anything that she doesn’t know about delegate management then it’s not worth knowing! Lesley’s favourite event was also her most challenging, involving 8,500 delegates for an event that was run over six weeks in both the north and the south of the UK, simultaneously.

Jonathan Mackew

Jon has been in the events industry ever since 2004 and he's brought 11 years’ worth of it to Capita at the beginning of 2016. Jon’s favourite event to date was a conference in Hotel Arts, Barcelona. This conference saw 500 Senior Directors and C-suite attendees fly in from all over the world for one conference, 30 regional meetings and 15 dinners, which all took place across five days!

Roberta Parr

Roberta has 15 years’ industry experience, an eagle eye, unique venue knowledge, and particularly strong negotiation skills. A reward and recognition event for 350 attendees is her favourite event yet with lots of activities, followed by an awards dinner with an ice theme. The ice was a challenge as it was a summer event in a marquee, but Roberta managed it seamlessly!

Denise Smith

Dee is one of our creative minds, who develops well-thought-out proposals and creative solutions for our customers. She has 16 years of industry experience, strong venue knowledge (due to being a pro at venue proposals) and loves designing logos (or idents as our creative team like to call them!). When asked what her favourite event is? She said “the next creative one!”
