Expotel was founded as a hotel reservations agency.
Londsdale Travel was founded in Derby as a corporate travel management agency.
Booking Services International (BSI) founded as a hotel reservations agency.
Venues Event Management founded, booking corporate hotel accommodation before growing to
an events organisation with over 100 employees.
Capita plc acquires travel management company Lonsdale Travel.
Capita plc acquires rail technology specialist Evolvi, and Harry Weeks.
Lonsdale Travel rebrands as Capita Business Travel.
