We are passionate about supporting charities close to our hearts. Our corporate charity partnership, chosen by each of us helps to increase our community impact, and is tracked and measured to allow us to understand and evaluate both the business benefits and the social impacts of our activities and ensure we are achieving our aims. We successfully developed and launched a ‘Community Collaboration’ programme early in 2016; we get one paid day off work per annum where we are able to use our skills and spare time to make a difference to local communities and charities.
Over the last few years we have been supporting The Prince’s Trust who work to support disadvantaged young people, including those in care. This Spring, we began a new two year corporate charity partnership with Alzheimer’s Society to support their work in uniting against dementia.
Gender pay gap reporting
The UK Government's gender pay reporting requirements are providing us with a good baseline and evidence from which we can develop our diversity strategy. Our data is disclosed on the government website and in our Gender Pay Gap Report.
